The Clubhouse Bistro is Foster City’s hottest nightclub and cocktail lounge. Our full bar features several beers on tap, an extensive wine list and a variety of unique specialty drinks that are sure to tempt you. Get the party started with one of our mouth-watering Mojitos, luscious Margaritas or our signature freshly crushed sweet Caipirinha, or try one of our other nightly drink specials. Our Happy Hour is the place to meet after work with friends or coworkers to relax with drinks and delicious appetizers plus great bar food and cocktail specials.   Fresh watermelon muddled with Ciroc Vodka and simple syrup 

• The Samba Mojito.

  Leblon cachaca, fresh lime and mint, crushed a la plaza style  
• The Bistro Diddy. Ciroc berry vodka, sprite, sweet and sour and grenadine.
• The Ketel One Cosmo. Ketel one vodka, triple sec, cranberry and lime juice 
• The Plaza Pina Colada. Bacardi rum, coco lopez coconut cream, pineapple juice, banana liquer and ice blended to sweet paradise
• The Crowne Caipirinha. Leblon cachaca, fresh lime and simple syrup with a splash of club soda
• Nutty Nikki. Ketel one vodka, frangelico, chambord and cream shaken with a sugary nutmeg rim.
• The Cadillac Margarita. Don julio tequila. triple sec, sweet and sour and fresh lime juice topped with grand marnier
