San Mateo Area Night Club & Sports Bar Reviews
Fun and good food: Great place to watch the games. Food is good, try the 3 cheese pizza. All of the servers are awesome! Every one of the ladies is a looker. They have Karaoke on Thursdays and dancing on Fridays and Saturdays.

Best Music and Dancing in San Mateo County: This club is great if you like to listen to old school, rap and R&B!! The service is good and even when they are crowded wall to wall people the waitresses still find away to make sure you get your drinks and snacks ASAP. All the DJs are good and play a variety of dance music from today’s hits down to the 70s. Every time my friends and I get together and go dancing a good time is had by all. I suggest if you are on the peninsula in the county of San Mateo you try this club for dancing and fun... Also if you are into Karaoke they have certain nights were they have Karaoke, and they are also a sports bar and have a few big screen TVs and have specials during games.

I have been here couple times and always had a great time. I love the atmosphere and the VIP room is off the hook. The music is old skool, R&B and sometimes even Salsa.

This is the place to be Thursday nights if you want to drink, sit down and enjoy a light, inexpensive dinner AND be entertained with live, unprofessional (drunken) karaoke! Don’t get me wrong, though, some nights I swear the singers are pro's! The guy who runs the show sings so good he send chills up my spine, so it’s like watching a free show! He has an extensive list of songs to choose from; from oldies to rock, R&B to country, and the crowds never "boo" you no matter how much you suck. No admission fees, easy-going diverse crowds, good food and full bar. They even have a huge private room with couches and flat screens for a private party, as well as a pool table. The service here is great. This is a good spot to celebrate a birthday, hang out with co-workers, have a Girls Night Out or take a date; there's never a dull moment! Did I mention free parking?

I'm reviewing the Bistro solely based on Happy Hour... because my coworkers and I love it! They have happy hour from 4-7pm, where appetizers (and they're delicious!) are only $4 a plate, and pints are $3. It's usually relatively quiet, and they have what feels like thousands of TVs in there. So if you ever just want to relax and not share any more meaningless conversations with your colleagues (do we HAVE to talk about work, still?), ignore them and stare at the giant LCDs/plasmas. Their brick-oven pizzas are great, too, but a bit small for $12 or so. Our favorite: Blue Moon with a wedge of orange.

OK sports fans ever want to get away from the family for a couple hours on Sunday well get you face paint and wallets out BC you are not going to believe this. The CLUB HOUSE BISTRO located on the first floor inside the Crown Plaza. It's the best sports bar on the peninsula. When football season rolls around its fun and packed with lots of TVs that carry almost every game. The food is a little expensive but the fans make up for that. If you’re a die hard football fan then you would want to come to this place. P.S. there is a special section in the corner of the sports bar on the right hand side for cowboy fans so if you’re a cowboy fan then come and represent.
